WHAT WE DO.

  • Chain, belt, screw, and direct-drive repair
  • New LiftMaster opener installation
  • Smart openers with phone control
  • Battery backup systems
  • Remote and keypad programming
  • Safety sensor alignment and testing

SIGNS YOUR OPENER IS QUITTING.

  • It grinds, rattles, or hums without moving the door.
  • The door reverses before it hits the floor, or stops halfway.
  • Remotes work only up close, or not at all.
  • It opens slower than it used to, or needs two or three tries.
  • The wall button works but the remote doesn't, or the other way around.

Half the "broken opener" calls we get aren't the opener at all. They're a door that's out of balance making the motor work triple duty. That's why we check the springs and balance before we condemn the machine: if the door is the problem, a new opener would just die the same death.

When it is the opener, we'll tell you whether a repair makes sense or the unit is done. Logic boards, gears, trolleys, and sensors are all replaceable. When it's time for new, we install LiftMaster: belt drives for quiet houses with bedrooms over the garage, chain drives for workhorses, smart models you can check from your phone, and battery backup so a power outage doesn't lock you out.

Every installation is set up completely: force limits, travel limits, safety reverse, sensors aligned, remotes and keypads programmed, and the wall of stickers explained in plain English. Installations carry a one-year manufacturer warranty.

We install and service LiftMaster, and program remotes and keypads for most major brands.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

REVIEWED AUGUST 2026

My remote or keypad stopped working. Is the opener bad?

Usually it's smaller than that. Batteries first, then the antenna wire hanging from the opener head, then re-pairing the remote. If the wall button works but nothing wireless does, it's a receiver or programming fix, and either way it's quick for us.

When should an opener be replaced instead of repaired?

Stripped gears on a fifteen-year-old chain drive, a control board that has failed twice, or no safety sensors at all: that's replacement territory. A modern belt drive is quieter, safer, and pairs with your phone. When a repair will honestly get you years, we say so.

Which opener brands do you work on?

All the majors: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Guardian, and more. We install LiftMaster, and we'll service whatever is hanging from your ceiling now.
